Established approximately two years ago, Empower is preparing for expanded government contracting and procurement operations. Applicable government registrations and credentials will be published only after completion and verification.

Anthony R. Pemberton
Managing MemberAnthony R. Pemberton is a retired United States Air Force veteran with 22 years of military service and extensive experience in project management, federal procurement, safety, and regulatory operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and brings more than 10 years of project management experience across the United States Air Force and United States Food and Drug Administration.
His professional background includes more than five years of federal procurement experience with the FDA, supporting acquisition, procurement processes, regulatory compliance, and mission focused operations. In his current role as a Safety Manager, Anthony is responsible for regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and organizational safety.
As a member of the Empower Acquisition LLC leadership team, Anthony brings military discipline, federal sector experience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to integrity and dependable service to the company’s government procurement and supply mission.

Chief Transformation OfficerLeamon Gill brings more than 25 years of military leadership and strategic experience to Empower Acquisition LLC. He has expertise in change management, program management, instructional design, and coaching.
His experience across defense, government, and enterprise environments enables him to help align people, processes, and organizational goals. As Chief Transformation Officer, Leamon supports organizational growth, operational improvement, leadership development, and Empower’s broader mission across the federal and private sectors.
